Over the Christmas holiday, Iran’s president, Masoud Pezeshkian, made a statement that should concern every America First supporter: “We are in a full-scale war with the U.S., Israel, and Europe” [1]. This is not just talk. Pezeshkian describes the conflict as “more complicated and more difficult” than Iran’s war with Iraq in the 1980s [1], which caused over a million deaths. A conflict like this could threaten our national security and disrupt the daily lives of working Americans. It would require resources that could otherwise be devoted to domestic growth and infrastructure.
Most importantly, it could put the lives of our children at risk—children who deserve safety and opportunity. This situation challenges the core values of fiscal responsibility and protecting our families. (Iran–Iraq War, 2025)
Benjamin Netanyahu’s reaction to this news is telling. Rather than focusing on issues, he plans to visit on the 29th to ask President Trump for American support in his conflicts. This is not a partnership; it is clearly taking advantage of American resources: Netanyahu isn’t coming to talk peace. He’s bringing a shopping list that wants YOUR tax dollars and YOUR children’s lives. Israeli officials have admitted that Netanyahu plans to “make the case to Trump that Iran’s expansion of its ballistic missile program poses a threat that could just need swift action” [2]. The message is clear – Bibi wants Trump’s approval for another war. Imagine the contrast: while Netanyahu requests funding for missile defense, American schools remain underfunded as he outlines military strategies, our infrastructure crumbles. Each request from Bibi highlights a neglected need at home, piercing the heart of America-First values. (Ravid, 2025)
Netanyahu “will present Trump with options for the U.S. to join or assist in any new military operations” [2]. He is not simply asking for advice, but offering choices for American involvement. If you are still considering the facts, that is understandable. This is not an easy decision, and it raises questions about whether foreign leaders should influence our military actions and if this aligns with America First values.
This situation is even more concerning given Netanyahu’s change in justification for the conflict. After June’s attacks, which Trump said “obliterated” Iran’s nuclear program, the focus shifted to missiles. As one analyst explained, “Netanyahu’s pivot to missiles should therefore be read not as finding a new threat, but as an effort to manufacture a replacement casus belli after the nuclear argument collapsed” [1].
The stakes are significant. If Trump agrees to Netanyahu’s requests, “he’ll be back in another six months with another war plan for Americans to give their blood and tax dollars to” [1]. This ongoing pattern of foreign involvement (US aggressiveness against Venezuela is worrying, 2025) needs to end.
Your voice is essential. Contact the White House and your representatives, and share this message. Last year, a large number of constituent calls helped stop proposed cuts to veterans’ benefits, showing that policymakers listen when Americans speak up. Let’s use that same energy now.
We should not enter more wars on behalf of other countries. America First means focusing on our own nation’s needs.
II. Unmask the Zionist Plot:
Netanyahu’s claims of a “historic victory” in the 12-Day War are not supported by the results. This month (Israel’s reign of terror over the West Bank, 2025), military action has left Israel’s security situation worse than before.
Netanyahu made two major promises when Israel launched Operation Rising Lion on June 13: “decapitating the nuclear program” and “regime change” [1]. However, even some pro-Israel voices question whether these goals were achieved. An international defense think tank found that Netanyahu’s military objectives were not met, suggesting the actions were more about political messaging than real results. Additionally, a Pentagon assessment (US strikes set back Iran’s nuclear program up to 2 years, DOD says, 2025) indicated that the operations had little effect on Iran’s nuclear capabilities and led to more instability in the region.
Israel carried out nearly 360 attacks across 27 Iranian provinces, hitting more than 150 locations [1]. In Tehran province alone, one (Netanyahu seeks to draw Trump into future attack on Iranian nuclear sites, 2025)-third of all violent events were attributed to Israel [1]. Netanyahu also persuaded President Trump to use America’s most powerful bunker-busting bombs against Iranian nuclear sites.
About 1,100 Iranians died in these attacks, and human rights organizations report that around 440 of them, or 40%, were civilians [1]. Despite these losses, Israel did not achieve its stated goals.
No, the goals were not achieved.
Iran’s nuclear program survived intact, contrary to Netanyahu’s claims. Reports show that Iran transported fissionable material out of the Fordow facility, which the United States attacked. This stockpile remains the most crucial part of the nuclear program, so ‘decapitation’ failed” [1]. Iran “appears to be continuing to work on a new enrichment site known as Pickaxe Mountain” [1].
The regime change plan backfired completely. One analysis states it plainly: “Israel attempted to trigger an uprising against the regime by killing military leaders of Iran’s various security structures… This has never worked” [1]. Because the attacks actually “rallied the people around the government” [1], therefore, even “Iranians who consider themselves staunch opponents of the Islamic Republic and especially of the IRGC found themselves suppor (Gettinger & Thomas, n.d.)ting it” [1] because they “saw Iran in its entirety under attack and not just ‘the regime’” [1].
This military action has resulted in a stronger Iran, which is now quickly rebuilding its missile capabilities.
Iranian officials now say their “missile power today far surpasses that of the 12-Day War” [1]. The Defense Minister reports that defense production has improved “both in quantity and quality compared to before the 12-day Israeli-imposed war in June” [1]. According to these reports, “missile factories work 24 hours a day” [1], and Iran plans to launch “2,000 missiles at once to overwhelm Israeli defenses, not 500 over 12 days as they did in June” [1].
III. MAGA Civil War Exposed:
There is a serious debate within the movement about America’s priorities. T (Huckabee visit with spy fuels MAGA’s Israel divide, 2025) The issue of support for Israel has caused division among supporters, highlighting differences between those who prioritize American interests and those who support foreign involvement.
Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, and Candace Owens have questioned continued support for Israel and have faced criticism from Ben Shapiro and Bari Weiss, who strongly support Israel.
The reality is apparent: you’ll be labeled an “antisemite” faster than you can say “America First” just for questioning America’s relationship with Israel. Tucker Carlson learned this firsthand after speaking on his show: “I’ve always thought it’s great to criticize and question our relationship with Israel because it’s insane and it hurts us. We get nothing out of it” [3]. However, it’s crucial to separate (Americans’ views divided on US policy toward Israel-Hamas war: POLL, 2024) criticism of Israeli policies from any implication about Jewish identity. Our concern is about strategic alignment and national interests, not ethnicity or faith.
Those who question strong support for Israel often face significant criticism.
Megyn Kelly nailed this hypocrisy by calling out Ben Shapiro and Bari Weiss as “Israel first” activists who “lack standing” to decide who’s a real conservative [4]. She spoke what many patriots had long suspected: “Ben is Israel first… And I’m sorry, but his behavior has proven that charge to be correct. Why would you divide the American conservative movement—which was gelling, which was becoming much more cohesive for a moment after Charlie died—over Israel!” [4].
Kelly dropped an even bigger bombshell by revealing how these “Israel first” figures create the very problem they claim to fight: “They are making antisemites. Tucker is not making antisemites. They are” [5]. T (DHS’ 2025 Homeland Threat Assessment Indicates the Threat of Domestic and Foreign Terrorism in the Homeland Remains High, 2024). His hard truth shows how silencing legitimate criticism of Israel’s influence over American foreign policy breeds more resentment.
IV. America First Call to Action:
A significant threat to American security is closer to home, not in Iran. While Netanyahu seeks American involvement in his region, a real crisis is developing in Venezuela. The White House has deployed a significant military presence, including an aircraft carrier, 11 (Netanyahu’s Mar-a-Lago visit “crucial” for future of Gaza deal, 2025) other warships, and more than a dozen F-35 aircraft [6].
There are now 15,000 American troops in our hemisphere [6], highlighting where our national interests are focused. Netanyahu, however, expects Trump to shift resources to conflicts in Israel while threats from cartels remain nearby.
Americans have spoken clearly about their priorities: 83% believe the President should focus primarily on domestic policy, while only 14% say foreign policy deserves top billing [7]. As a Midwest welder, John watches in frustration as funds that could repair local bridges are diverted to military actions in the Middle East. These numbers show an even stronger domestic focus than in 2019, when the split was 74% domestic versus 23% foreign [7].
Americans’ main foreign policy concerns include preventing terrorist attacks (73%), stopping illegal drugs from entering the country (64%), and preventing the spread of weapons of mass destruction (63%) [7]. Involvement in regional wars in Israel is not among these top concerns.
Venezuela embodies the exact threat Americans want addressed. Trump’s administration identifies Venezuelan oil as funding drug cartels that pose a “single most serious threat” to our nation [8]. The U.S. Coast Guard has already intercepted two tankers loaded with Venezuelan crude this month [6].
Trump must reject Netanyahu’s transparent attempt to shift America’s focus away from our hemisphere. The President’s National Security Strategy states clearly: “The affairs of other countries are our concern only if their activities directly threaten our interests” [9]. Cartels operating near our borders pose a more direct threat than Iran.
Trump has already taken significant action in support of Israel. His June strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities used ad (From Hardware to Holism: Rebalancing America’s Security Engagement With Arab States, 2021)vanced bunker-busting bombs, which Netanyahu described as a “historic development.” Some believe that continued military involvement in the Middle East helps maintain stability and address global threats. However, evidence suggests that further military action now mainly serves Israel’s interests rather than America’s security needs.
The MAGA movement is increasingly divided over foreign policy. Trump’s former chief strategist Steve Bannon has expressed concern about “incrementalism” and the risk of a “forever war” if the US responds to Iranian retaliation [3]. He warns that conflicts in the Middle East can distract from critical domestic priorities: “This is how you don’t focus on sanctuary cities. This is how you don’t focus on the great big, beautiful bill — everything you need to do” [3].
This split among Trump supporters represents a fundamental debate about America’s future. Republican strategist Sarah Longwell notes that many supported Trump “singularly because they believed that he was going to be an anti-war president” [10]. These loyal supporters would see Iran escalation as “a fundamental betrayal in ways that economic policy isn’t” [10].
Netanyahu’s requests are at odds with Trump’s stated principles. The Trump administration’s National Security Strategy rejects a globalist approach: “American foreign policy elites convinced themselves that permanent American domination of the entire world was in the best interests of our country… Our elites badly miscalculated America’s willingness to shoulder f (Netanyahu bolstered by war with Iran and US airstrikes, 2025)orever global burdens” [9].
The same document states aposition to non-interventionism” [11], and highlights that border security is the primary element of national security” [11]. Netanyahu’s proposedproposed actions do not align with these principles. He faces a defining choice between standing by his “America First” principles or surrendering to Israeli pressure. His administration pledged to “enlist established friends to control migration, stop drug flows, and strengthen stability and security on land and sea” [9] in the Western Hemisphere. Will he stay focused here or get pulled into another Middle Eastern quagmire?
Trump promised to end ongoing foreign wars, secure the borders, rebuild infrastructure, and strengthen the economy (Berry, 2024), rather than commit American resources to conflicts abroad.
True patriots demand that President Trump:
- Reject Netanyahu’s war agenda outright.
- Maintain focus on Venezuela and the cartels threatening our hemisphere.
- Invest in American infrastructure, education, and healthcare—priorities supported by majorities of Americans across party lines [12]. To make this call to action effective, the goal is to generate 10,000 calls to Congress in the next 48 hours. By working together, we can ensure that policymakers understand our strong support for America’s priorities.
- Honor his pledge that “the American people—not foreign nations nor globalist institutions—will always control their own destiny in our hemisphere” [9].
America First principles require active support. It is essential to stand up for our national interests and avoid unnecessary foreign involvement. (America First Policy Directive To The Secretary Of State, 2025) By focusing on our own country’s needs, we can create a future where our children are safe and prosperous at home. Together, we can make this vision a reality by prioritizing American interests and values.
Key Takeaways
This analysis shows how Netanyahu’s war agenda could threaten America’s sovereignty and highlights the growing divide among conservatives over involvement in foreign conflicts.
• Netanyahu is encouraging Trump to support another Middle East war. Despite claiming a “historic victory” after the June strikes, he is now focusing on missile threats to justify continued American involvement.
• Iran became stronger after the 12-Day War. Their missile production increased fourfold, their defense capabilities improved, and they are now using hypersonic weapons, while Israel’s defenses were only 86% effective.
• There is significant disagreement within the MAGA movement over support for Israel. Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, and Candace Owens have faced criticism from Ben Shapiro and Bari Weiss for questioning continued support for Israel.
• Support for Israel is declining among young Republicans. Negative views among conservatives under 50 increased from 35% to 50% in three years, and only 24% of young Republicans now support Israel.
• There are real threats closer to home. While Netanyahu seeks support for conflict, Trump has deployed 15,000 troops to address threats from Venezuelan cartels and drug trafficking that affect American lives.
• 83% of Americans prefer domestic priorities over foreign wars. Most people want a focus on border security, infrastructure, and homeland defense instead of involvement in Middle Eastern conflicts.
The question remains: Will Trump keep his America First promises, or will he become involved in another costly foreign war that does not address America’s real security needs?
